Triple Talaq Bill makin instant Triple Talaq a crime will be tabled in the parliament by the law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad. Ahead of the tabling, CNN-News18 has exclusively accessed a copy of a letter written by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) to PM Narendra Modi in a bit to stall the bill. In the four page letter written on 25th December, 2017, the board has raised serious objections on the government’s move to table the bill in the parliament. It says that the proposed bill goes beyond the SC’s judgement also raising questions abou the provisions regarding custody of minor children. The letter alleges that the bill is against the principles of Sharia and is against the welare of the Muslim women.

Agar it's against SC judgement then let it pass and get it striked down from there only why AIMPLB is interfering
