David Brill says:

It's a known fact that 80% of all democrats are Satan worshipers and the other 20% are cannibals!

martin baker says:

HOW ABOUT DEMOCRATIC ANTI TRUMPERS DOING THIS Sedition
A revolt or an incitement to revolt against established authority, usually in the form of Treason or Defamation against government.
Sedition is the crime of revolting or inciting revolt against government. However, because of the broad protection of free speech under the First Amendment, prosecutions for sedition are rare. Nevertheless, sedition remains a crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C.A. § 2384 (2000), a federal statute that punishes seditious conspiracy, and 18 U.S.C.A. § 2385 (2000), whROUT, crim. law. A disturbance of the peace by persons assembled together with an intention to do a thing, which, if executed, would have made them rioters, and actually making a motion towards the execution of their purpose.
     2. It generally agrees in all particulars with a riot, except only in this, that it may be a complete offence without the execution of the intended enterprise. Hawk. c. 65, s. 14; 1 Russ. on Cr. 253; 4 Bl. Com. 140; Vin. Abr. Riots, &c., A 2 Com. Dig. Forcible Entry, D 9.ich outlaws advocating the overthrow of the federal government by force. Generally, a person may be punished for sedition only when he or she makes statements that create a Clear and Present Danger to rights that the government may lawfully protect (schenck v. united states, 249 U.S. 47, 39 S. Ct. 247, 63 L. Ed. 470 [1919]).
The crime of seditious conspiracy is committed when two or more persons in any state or U.S. territory conspire to levy war against the U.S. government. A person commits the crime of advocating the violent overthrow of the federal government when she willfully advocates or teaches the overthrow of the government by force, publishes material that advocates the overthrow of the government by force, or organizes persons to overthrow the government by force. A person found guilty of seditious conspiracy or advocating the overthrow of the government may be fined and sentenced to up to 20 years in prison. States also maintain laws that punish similar advocacy and conspiracy against the state government.

martin baker says:

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE WHAT DMOCRATIC ANTI TRUMPERS ARE DOING??? Conspiracy
An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors.
Conspiracy is governed by statute in federal courts and most state courts. Before its Codification in state and federal statutes, the crime of conspiracy was simply an agreement to engage in an unlawful act with the intent to carry out the act. Federal statutes, and many state statutes, now require not only agreement and intent but also the commission of an Overt Act in furtherance of the agreement.
Conspiracy is a crime separate from the criminal act for which it is developed. For example, one who conspires with another to commit Burglary and in fact commits the burglary can be charged with both conspiracy to commit burglary and burglary.
Conspiracy is an inchoate, or preparatory, crime. It is similar to solicitation in that both crimes are committed by manifesting an intent to engage in a criminal act. It differs from solicitation in that conspiracy requires an agreement between two or more persons, whereas solicitation can be committed by one person alone.
Conspiracy also resembles attempt. However, attempt, like solicitation, can be committed by a single person. On another level, conspiracy requires less than attempt. A conspiracy may exist before a crime is actually attempted, whereas no attempt charge will succeed unless the requisite attempt is made.
The law seeks to punish conspiracy as a substantive crime separate from the intended crime because when two or more persons agree to commit a crime, the potential for criminal activity increases, and as a result, the danger to the public increases. Therefore, the very act of an agreement with criminal intent (along with an overt act, where required) is considered sufficiently dangerous to warrant charging conspiracy as an offense separate from the intended crime.
According to some criminal-law experts, the concept of conspiracy is too elastic, and the allegation of conspiracy is used by prosecutors as a superfluous criminal charge. Many criminal defense lawyers maintain that conspiracy is often expanded beyond reasonable interpretations. In any case, prosecutors and criminal defense attorneys alike agree that conspiracy cases are usually amorphous and complex.

They are the "crimes are not illegal….. punishment is illegal, unethical and immoral" party. WHAT is the MATTER with you people? I am thinking that maybe the whole party should be charged under RICO statutes because it's looking like the biggest criminal organization out there…..seriously!!

Kenneth Greifer says:

HYPERCRITICAL EXAGGERATIONS

She is saying that the husband of a Democratic candidate who took a donation from a friend of Clinton, not from Clinton herself, should not do his job in the FBI. That is a pretty strict rule that FBI agents can't have politician wives or husbands and they have to look at every person who gave money to the spouse and decide if that person is a friend or supporter of another politician. It almost makes sense, but it is absurdly strict and unrealistic to say his wife is somehow connected to Clinton because a Clinton supporter also supported her, and that also makes him a Clinton supporter because he supports his wife.

Actually, most Democrats who donated to his wife probably also supported Hilary Clinton and gave her donations too. That would mean that he could not investigate Hilary Clinton because his wife received donations from many people who supported Clinton too, and not just a few well-known rich people.

What this pundit should do is provide actual evidence of wrong-doing by McCabe because his wife was supported by many Democrats who also supported Clinton, and he should not have investigated Clinton because of that. It is all illogical. It is hard to understand her argument except somehow getting money from rich Democrats who also support Clinton must be a payoff for any future investigations by her husband who at that time had a lower job in the FBI, so they were just planning for the future.

Saturn Five says:

I hope she covers Cambridge Analytica , you know the company that the Trump organization paid to receive stolen data on 50 million Facebook users

Jack Kerouac says:

McCabe is a scum bag.

American Born Patriot. says:

Shut up, Dickie Durbin, you sanctuary city enforcer and refugee amnesty dick face.

Alan Peterson says:

The president didn"t fire him. The FBI did!!!! McCabe LEAKED info. to the press!!!!

kpm says:

McCabe leaked information to the press, and got fired for that. Let me ask you, how many non-leakers are there in Washington? How many non-leakers are there in the White House? Didn't leaking become part of the political process? I don't like it either, but it is a fact. And the fact that the president goes after the pension of an individual is a disgrace to the nation. I would not be surprised if Vladimir Putin would do this to a person he does not like, but the president of the USA? Disgusting. And McCabe is even an Republican.

Jestermon1 says:

So, they fired a guy to keep him from getting the government pay out he didn't deserve that we would have paid for.   They just keep saying Trump did it over and over regardless of the truth.   It will be hilarious if the guy gets hired by one of them and messes up something too.

R Herbert says:

I guess the combination of Hillary, with all of her ill gotten $ from the Clinton foundation, her friends in the MS media, the corrupt top FBI folks, politicians like Shumer, Pelosi, etc., were very confident they could be invincible together, and take out our duly elected President. Pray for truth and justice folks.
